1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using NexoraCRM, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
NexoraCRM provides a customer management platform — including customer records, appointment scheduling and billing tools — for clinics, gyms, salons and similar appointment-based businesses.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating a business account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at checkout (e.g. monthly or yearly). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Fees are described further in our Refund Policy.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of the customer and business data you enter into NexoraCRM. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for having the right to store and process it, including any consents required from your own customers.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other businesses' data, disrupting the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep NexoraCRM available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain unpaid after the applicable grace period.
9. Limitation of Liability
NexoraCRM is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NexoraCRM after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
